*New!! Brazos One Piece Barrel/Comp with TC2 Cuts

The Brazos One-Piece Barrel/Comp is manufactured for us out of a single piece of rifle grade stainless steel based on Brazos defined specifications and tolerances.  This is a full size 5" barrel with a Wilson/Nowlin ramp that is designed for use with a 5-inch slide. It is a short chambered .355 barrel that can be chambered for 38 Super, 38 Supercomp, or 9mm.  This part is is oversized and requires a gunsmith fit.

The compensator portion starts out as a blank into which we machine our popular Thundercomp 2 compensator cuts.  The compensator ports are cut deep with squared off bottoms for maximum volume. The up ports are smaller towards the front to equalize the down force as gas pressure lessens while additional ports on each side create side force vectors that make the gun track straight up and down.  The one piece design means you won’t have to screw on the compensator nor worry about it coming lose.  The compensator should be align reamed after installation to avoid bullet strike.
