The STI single-sided thumb safety is designed for 1911 and 2011-style pistols. It has a contoured and serrated pad so that the thumb contacts the safety in a natural and comfortable position. The single-sided safety is available in either blued 4140 carbon steel or 17-4 stainless steel.
