STI 1911 Government Magazine

Although the STI 1911 magazines are made specifically for STI's popular line of 1911 pistols such as the Trojan, Ranger II, Lawman, Legacy, Rangemaster, and Targetmaster, they work well in any 1911-style pistol with government model grip.  The design of the magazine positions the rounds high in the tube to promote reliable feeding.

• The 9mm, 38 Super, and 40 S&W magazines are a one-piece design where the basepad is integral with the mag tube.  In 9mm and 38 Super, this magazine holds approximately 9 plus 1 rounds. In 40 S&W it holds about 8 plus 1 rounds. 
• The 45 ACP “ACT” magazine is a two-piece design where the basepad is separate from the mag tube allowing for easy removal and cleaning.  The extended basepad makes it quick and easy to seat the magazine in a pistol with a magwell.  This magazine holds approximately 8 plus 1 rounds.
